Haven Rewards has been revamped!  What's New? 

We've recently made changes to our Haven Rewards programme making it easier for you to redeem your rewards.  Haven Rewards can now be redeemed on Saturdays, on a wider range of treatments and you will earn even more rewards than before on your homecare purchases.

 

EARNING haven rewards
  • Receive 1 Haven Rewards point for every $10 spent on homecare products
  • Receive 1 Haven Rewards point for every $50 spent on treatments.

 

REDEEMING Haven Rewards

We will automatically keep track of your points and let you know when you're getting close to a reward or if you have already earned a reward.

  • 1 Haven Reward equals $1
  • Haven Rewards can be redeemed on all Advanced Facial Treatments and Advanced Facial Treatments Add-Ons, excluding extractions (please refer to our treatment menu or ask us if you are not sure which treatments are included).
  • Haven Rewards balance must reach 100 before rewards can be redeemed.  Once your balance reaches 100, you can choose to start redeeming your Haven Rewards or to keep growing your balance to redeem against a higher value treatment in the future
  • Only one treatment per appointment can be redeemed using Haven Rewards  
  • Haven Rewards cannot be used as partial payment for a treatment. 

 

tERMS & CONDITIONS

Haven Rewards are not earned when purchasing or redeeming gift vouchers | Haven Rewards cannot be redeemed in the form of a gift voucher | Haven Rewards expire after 18 months | 24 hours notice is required if you need to reschedule your appointment, where 24 hours notice is not provided your reward points will be  redeemed against that appointment | Haven Rewards cannot be transferred to another client | To qualify for Haven Rewards your contact details must be up to date and an email address and mobile number must be provided | The terms of the Haven Rewards programme may vary from time to time at the sole discretion of Haven management.
